Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking where available.

UK Delivery

• Standard (2–4 working days): e.g. Evri. Ups, Fedex
• Express (1–2 working days): e.g. Evri Next Day, Royal Mail Special Delivery
• Free UK delivery will be offered during seasonal promotions and will be promoted via a banner or on the product page.

International Delivery

We ship to selected countries; rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Local duties/taxes may apply at destination.

Restrictions

Fragrance products (alcohol-based) may have transport restrictions. If we cannot ship an item to your address, we will contact you promptly.

Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (courier issues, customs). We will assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.
