Your Right to Cancel (14 Days)

You may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. To cancel, email info@ojuvi.co.uk with your order number.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For hygiene/safety, opened fragrance or skincare cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return items within 14 days of cancellation; retain proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Original delivery fees are refunded only where the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
